The first IRONMEN Awards were held on July 5, 2025, at the Event Area on the 1st level of SM City Roxas. JCI Roxas Halaran organized the event and billed it as Roxas City's first all-male awarding event. It honored men whose actions have made positive change in their families and communities.
The awards are part of Project Man Up, the chapter's campaign on men's roles in building stronger, healthier communities. They followed Men's Mental Health Awareness Month in June.
The 2025 awardees
- IronMind: Mayor Ronnie T. Dadivas, represented by Atty. Paul Baticados
- IronHeart: Mark Vincent Bernas
- IronDad: Jose Ramon "Ike" Altavas
- IronYouth: Sheen Joerose Gonzales
- IronPillar: Rev. Reynaldo Calusay
The chapter described the movement this way: "our strength doesn't come from dominance, but from dignity. Not from control, but from character. Not from power, but from purpose." After the event, Mayor Dadivas thanked the chapter on Facebook for the IronMind recognition.
