Valor in Every Drop was a blood donation drive held during JCI Week 2025. It took place on April 10, 2025, from 8:00 AM, at Ivisan National High School in Ivisan, Capiz. Its theme was the courage to care.
Who made it happen
The drive was organized in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Pueblo de Panay and the Philippine Red Cross, with Ivisan National High School and the Ivisan National High School Alumni Association, Inc. as partners.
JCI Roxas Halaran and JCI Roxas Makawiwili were the hosts. JCI Roxas Sinadya, JCI Metro Iloilo Dinagyang and JCI Panitan Tumandok supported as co-host chapters.
Why it matters
The chapter's message was simple: every drop of blood has the power to change a life. A donation offers someone hope, a second chance and the strength to fight another day. The drive invited first-time and regular donors alike to step up. In the chapter's words: "Be a donor. Be a hero."
More blood drives
Blood donation has become a regular part of the chapter's work:
- In September 2023, the chapter gave food to donors at the Philippine Councilors League - Capiz Chapter bloodletting at Robinsons Roxas.
- In December 2024, it organized a blood donation drive at Capiz Doctors Hospital.
- In July 2026, its Hot Meals on Wheels fed donors and volunteers at a memorial blood drive with the Capiz Lions Clubs and the Philippine Red Cross - Capiz Chapter.
The chapter's posts do not report the number of donors or bags collected. Officers are confirming those figures.
